Excellent tester, used extensively for day2day management. From comparison checks, we found the results were very good compared to high end professional quality test equipment.

I've been using this for about a month now and it's given me consistent results across multiple tests. Very useful to keep your spa water in good shape and a good complement to test strips to make sure your "eyeball" measurements have not drifted over time (Mine had. A lot.). The interface is easy enough to get around once you have the basics down, but I highly recommend reading the short manual that comes in the box.

This product is accurate however I used it for 2 days on 3 hot tubs and the batteries needed changing. When change the battery the cover has broken as it is hard to remove the back. An expenses tool when you have to change the batteries once a week. Back to the test strips for me.

Have purchased 3 of these now and all have failed. They simply do not seal.

The pH readings are a bit variable. When it matters, like if the pool is starting to go green, I take three pH readings and use the middle one! Also I have stopped swirling it on the pool as it isn't waterproof. I just take a cupful of water to the instrument now. Two years using it and it seems to be going well

Not happy with check for total alkalinity to much variation in levels.This is when checked with the same sample of water. I sent my first one back for this reason, I have had the same problem with the replacement. However not as severe.

Cela fait une saison que j'utilise ce testeur qui permet de connaitre précisément les valeurs de PH, du chlore (libre et combiné) du TAC (alcalinité), et du stabilisant. J'ai pu comparer avec les instruments d'analyse de 2 piscinistes, c'est fiable et bien plus précis que les bandelettes. Mais attention, restez sur les réactifs de chez Lovibond, en particulier pour le TAC et CYA (stabilisant) car j'ai testé d'autres marques et les résultats sont aléatoires.

Aunque tiene un margen de error, que se especifica en las instrucciones, he comprobado que en diferentes mediciones hechas durante algunas horas, el resultado se mantiene. Luego si tienes en cuenta el margen de error (bastante tolerable), es muy fiable. Si el PH està a 7'4, pues sabes que está entre 7'2 y 7'6. Solo lo corrijo si es 7'2 o 7'8, y lo mantengo en 7'4. Y así con cada parámetro. Además, un día dejó de funcionar, sin más, por algún de fecto de fabricación, y me han mandado uno nuevo en garantía. Muy recomendable tanto el aparato como el vendedor.
