Not if the cabinet door has a handle
The product is as advertised - strong, sufficient and very easy to assemble. However, if you are placing the bin on the outside of the cabinet, the handle of the cabinet door must be on the lower half or it shouldn't have a handle at all. No idea why an adhesive sheet was provided - a video about assembling the product using the adhesive would help.
