Learning To Love Myself

Today is my son's first day of school and this is the book I've chosen to start my reading era and I loved it. This is exactly what I needed. Finished the book in one hour. I also paused and re-read pages that speaks to me. "Today I am in love with my life and all the possibilities I can do from here" Highlander recommend!

Helps with self esteem and it’s a great quick read. The style of writing is very unique and useful for the purpose of the book.

Its not for everyone, but it really does change the way you think. Its a good read and you can finish in less than a hour.

Gift on her Christmas list 2024, I'm sure she loved it she wanted it.

I read this book in two hours lol. I gave it four stars out of five because I felt like the contents of the book weren’t a ton. I was able to finish it quite quickly. Which also could’ve been my fault, but I would say that this book has helped me a lot in my mental health journey. Definitely would recommend somebody who is on the journey of learning to love themselves and learning to embrace who they really are.

Ignore my writing in the book to myself lol. Just a habit I learned to help me process. When I started my healing journey in late July of 2024, this was one of the first books I came across and purchased. In my journey, this book will make you come to a real truths that you can't just ignore anymore. The small poems are actually easier to read at least one everyday instead of long ones that can be a little overwhelming. I recommend this book for anyone who starts a "I want to heal or I love me" journey. You'll need to confront some stuff first in order to love yourself first.

I have purchased this book to assist in the beginning of my journey to loving myself. This book isn't really a book and doesn't have any meaning page to page. However it does have helpful sentences and really hits home and makes you think. Some people may only read one sentence a day and work on that and continue to read one a day their after.

Definitely recommending this book to anyone going through a heartbreak. Its opened my eyes to self love & healing.
