These squares are gems, can be cut to any size and work a treat for dancers who need extra support on the ball of the foot. They are thicker than a typical dancing feet sticky that you put in your heels, so this could make your shoe fit uncomfortably if they are closed toe. They also have more movement within the gel than a typical sticky, but the quality of support is far better. I think they work best with an open toe shoe with a wide toe box and thick (not thin as they would probably cut into your skin with the extra bulk) straps across the forefoot. They are also have an adhesive backing and have stayed in place brilliantly for me. I will be getting more!
