Excellent product. Makes truly smooth soup and with the Central metal filter makes very good chunky soup. My mum has a great soup maker, but she cannot make chunky soup as her's has no Central cylinder (even though it was a much more expensive than this one). And comes with 2 additional books, one is a 7 day soup diet plan, the other is packed with delicious recipes. Also can do so much more than just soup, however I only use it for soup.

Wow it’s superb use it so much and enjoy homemade soup

I have had 2 of these so called soup makers. The first wouldn't start tried everything even went on u tube for help. Sent it back asked for another to be sent this one wouldn't warm up on reheat but it caught on the bottom when it made soup or should I say when it worked correctly. So save your money

I am very unhappy with this product, only had it for a couple of months and used it a handful of times before it stopped working. The bottom is burned and I will be returning

Very easy to use and excellent results. Although we have not tried everything at the moment what we have made as been very tasty. Great value for the price. Very pleased with the product.

Fantastic, bought mine as a friend in Oz has one & it makes lovely soup, definitely not cheap and nasty like someone said on here.

A very good product very simple to utilize and produce super soups

I bought this item nine months ago (May 2019) but only got around to trying it today. It will not work. I have carefully followed all the instructions to no avail. I just keep getting all the lights flashing and it will not cook. What a shame
