For context, I have taken antidepressants in the past and over the course of the last few months have sought to try more natural remedies. I struggle with the occasional hormonal acne flare-up and thought this supplement could hit two birds with one stone given its intended purposes.Unfortunately, I noticed my mood dropped significantly after the first dose (I even made sure to only take half the daily dose to ease into it)I felt off all day and started getting a terrible headache a few hours later. I have been experiencing an active acne flare-up and consistent headaches for the past 3 days after taking the first two doses. It has been a day since I paused the supplement (I only tried it for two days) but I truly do not see these being the right fit for me.I urge anyone with anxiety or a history of antidepressants to be mindful of these natural supplements and to do some research on what might be helpful for you. Your health and wellbeing always come first.
