Q: Do the lids to the pots fit the skillets as well?

NO, they do NOT. Don't listen to clowns making snarky statements. Both lids SINK into each of the fry pans, they do not sit ON TOP Of any frypan! There are NO LIDS for these fry pans in this set and I just ordered it, August 2020. Additionally, the lids slide around and don't sit well even in the pots! this causes excess steam to come out the side instead of the little hole. I feel completely ripped off by this inferior set made who knows where that maybe at one time was more quality, but I am sorry I even purchased this. It's now 27% less $ just a few weeks after I bought it, so maybe they know something isn't right too, but it's too late for me, I got gypped.

Q: can this cookware be used on a glasstop stove?

No! These pans have an abrasive coating on the bottom of the pans which will instantly mar your nice glass/ceramic stove top with fine scratches. Yes, they will "work" on your stove, but over time, you will begin to see the scratches building up and may wonder where the scratches came from. I tested one pan on my ceramic top (after I opened the package and noticed the sandpaper like design on the bottom) and I now have a ring of fine scratches on my stove. I promptly repackaged the set and sent it back. Very disappointing and concerning.
