I just noticed a couple gel caps have broken in the bottle. Are these caps still safe to take coated with the product?They work for me better than others, but I like the capsules, no longer available, better.

This did not work for me, it caused me to have muscle spasms and diarrhea. Worst part is I cannot return it.

It does what the product says it will do. I have discovered that if you give any supplement an attribute on Amazon, they reject your review. So read the title of the product and for me it works.
