My daughter is using atm.she loves it.It is easier than a hoop and it has a smooth motion so quiet .I have contacted the company for more links so I can use it to help with my weight loss exercise. Looking forward to trying it myself.

I bought this thinking ok not the cheapest or the most expensive, but I was really surprised at the quality of the item. It comes in its original box and after reading instructions I was really pleased at how quick it was to assemble. I contacted the seller who I ordered an extra 3 inserts from at no extra charge and they were with me in 2 days. After getting the extra inserts into the hoop it was my first try. Well it took a few attempts to get a rhythm going and hopefully with daily use I will get better and start to see the difference. If you have to contact the seller you will get a really fast response from seller. This is definitely a good piece of equipment, here’s hoping that I manage to keep it up and get to see the difference in my waist measurement.

The hula hoop is both enjoyable and practical, and is significantly smaller than our weighted one which was awkward to store. This can be easily stored in a cupboard or totally dismantled if you have a small space.With the convenience of the digital counter and relatively quiet operation my wife can hoop while watching TV.

I really recommend. Apart from this that is a bit loud, everything is fine. Too early to see results yet.Edit. Timer is wrong. I used it almost every day for 30 mins, but felt like is too quick, so today I set up timer on my phone. 30 mins equals 43 on the timer. Not sure about calories and planning to check rounds as well. That’s very disappointing

We had the original version of this, and decided to upgrade. This hoop is much quieter and smoother which is a great advantage.The counter measuring the time, spins and calories burned is also a great addition.My only issue is I cannot get the hoop on and off easily, I find it too difficult to get it lined up whilst pressing buttons in, although I must say my daughter and partner doesn’t have this problem now they are used to it.This makes me feel limited on when I can use the hoop - as to needing a hand to get in and out of it with help from my family!

Very pleased with this item, keeps me motivated because of the tracker so makes you want to do more laps/calories and for longer each time. Had a slight issue which was promptly sorted with the seller who were both very efficient and helpful, sorted in no time at all. Would recommend this product at a very reasonable price

Have used this for a few weeks and it’s great exercise and helps to lose weight. It tells you how many calories you burned and time you have been hooping. Listen to music and the time goes so quick. Much better than a gym and cheaper 😊
