They do not work
For Solo Beats this is specified wrongly as the sound only comes out of one ear. To have the sound coming out to both ears you have the press and hold the button down the whole time, therefore rendering them quite useless

Compatible with Beats Studio 3
Bought two other headphone adapters that looked really narrow but neither fitted the Beat Studio 3's tiny headphone port. This cable was just the ticket (see picture). Finally can plug my dad's headphones back into his TV (having lost his original cable in the first place!).

Worked brilliantly... for about a month
When I first bought these they worked very well and I was very happy with them, but I wake up one day and I am unable to hear any sound through my headphones, I try my spare wire to check that it is not my headphones having the issue and my suspicions were confirmed that the fault was with the wire. They are a great short term solution but they are not very long lasting.

volume buttons not working on Solo 2
volume buttons are not working on Solo 2 and once tried to ask vendor support , I got routed back to Amazon ...where only option was to return or exchange . I would never know if that was faulty kit or not supported by Solo 2 as will look for other product
