What size screws and plugs will this item need?

Hi, thanks for your question. Each hole is 6mm diameter and so a screw 5.5mm diameter or thereabouts would be needed.

Where can i find suitable rawlbolts for this? Struggling to find any small enough to fit holes. Need to fit into brick.

I’ve used normal masonry screws with wall plugs. I can put my body weight on it

Hi Bob, ive only used bracket hook for resistance bands but the bracket hook is solid and i would say it could handle quite a weight but more important would be the type of brickwork its going into and screws and plugs used. Hope that helps Steve 👌 🏋️
