I’ve bought this to chill to and partially works ; but great cd

I purchased this album for one song only Nocturne by secret Garden this song went on to win the Eurovision song contest in 94/95?.I have been looking for this beautiful piece of music/song for years The purchase price alone is worth it for this Song. There are some other nice chill-out songs on this 2 disc set including arrival by Abba-an instrumental piece with the girls harmonising along with the Music then there is the music from merry Christmas Mr Lawrence. Other notable songs on this set are the theme from chariots of fire and the Jon and Vangelis ill find my way home. pure class.

Exactly what I wanted, a great load if relaxing tracks for in the background whilst working or researching.

Purchased this for my hubby for Christmas and was looking forward to listening to it. From the advert we saw on TV, it seems to indicate this was a melodic and relaxing CD. It's not. There are a lot which are very modernistic singers, which are not at all our personal taste and we doubt we will listen to it again. Probably end up in the music cupboard along with loads of other 'let down' CDs.

Brought as a gift for my dister as we used to listen to it when we were younger.Great CD for background for dinner/drinks.

A really nice double CD album. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars from me is it has a few too many vocal tracks, some of which are not that great; and it should have had more instrumental mood tracks such as themes from TV and movies,

Very interesting to explore and match to whatever mood you are in.
