Good for home workout, easy to handle and very practical

Really not worth the money
The bench is not good quality, very flimsy, shifts and creaks a lot when you use it and it just feels very cheap. It was a Christmas gift so I am having to keep it but otherwise I would have sent it back as it’s really not worth the £60 I paid. I don’t recommend buying unless you can get it for half that price
