Extremely happy with the Avantree Support, very precise and helpful. We're still trying to figure out together why the Priva lll module that I received has a limited frequency response of 10khz in the audio range. Their lab tests show a 20-20khz response at better than -2db (85%) but my tests show it at -8db (45%) which is significantlty lower and very poor.
