Good bench for the price
Well packed, easy assembly with adequate instructions. Although this is not a "gym quality" bench, it is fairly sturdy. I saw a few reviews critical of the stability of the uprights - they can move when re-racking the weights. While that is true, it is the nature of most free-standing uprights. I will bolt mine to the floor to keep this from happening. Overall I am happy with the functionality and quality of the bench. However, if you are expecting a gym quality bench for under $200, you will be disappointed. Also, if you are a high-level lifter, and plan to bench or squat heavy weights on a regular basis, you will need to look elsewhere.

Pretty good bench
Honestly not a bad bench, better than I thought it was gonna be. Got a 7’ olympic bar to use with it. I like how the rests for the bar are far enough apart to give you a comfy grip. The bench is not bad, the smaller part of it is not as sturdy it raddled around a bit but the big pad is sturdy. The squat rack at the highest setting is still a lil low for me but not too bad. Im bout 5’11”.Id recommend it.

Bad quality - UPDATE!
UPDATE: after writing a negative review and contacting the company to complain, I finally heard back from them and they sent out a new part and it works now. My honest opinion is that it is decent for the price you pay. Don’t expect more.Original Review:Holes are drilled off-center making the product useless. Reached out to the seller 11/4 and have not heard back as of 11/13. I do not reccomend this product, it is DEFECTIVE!!

Easy to assemble
Great workout bench. Was easy to assemble and only issue I had was the stability of the stand with Olympic weights is you need to be careful returning the bar back to resting position. I keep rocking the stand with heavier weights. Other than that, it works great. My new Christmas body is on the way!

Good enough for me
The media could not be loaded. The bench set is great for the economical home gym. It has good padding. it is big enough for me at 5' 9" 185 but a big swole person might have issue. The seat adjusts easily and there are 4 possible positions for the seat - flat , incline, somewhere between those two, and straight upright. I have found the "somewhere between the flat and incline" is best on my 56 year old rotator. The rack has been good to about 245 lbs of weights on the bar (wobbles on hard rerack) if not bolted or secured down.

Weight Rack is Wobbly After Assembly
Important to ensure you have the right equipment to screw in and tighten the various parts. This came with the nuts and bolts; however, nothing to help tighten up the screws. I found the bench easy to put together and is sturdy. The squat rack, on the other hand, was more challenging and, after putting it together, it's wobbly. The lower attachment of the squat rack was also damaged. The side of one of the handles used to attach the 2 main pieces was bent and I had to use a hammer to straighten it so I could secure the bolts (it wouldn't align flush with the holes otherwise). Should I need to buy another one in the future, I'd probably look for a different one.

OK
My husband was pleased with the look, stability, and size. What else can I say?

Good bench after 3 years.
For the price, this bench is great. It doesn't feel shakey or cheap, but it does not feel as solid as some benches do. I have used it 4 times a week for the past 3 years, ranging between 140lbs - 260lbs with no issues at all.Tip: Mark the floor where you have your bench for quick line-ups.
