OUCH!
YIKES!!! The holder that you use to puncher the fruit or veggie doesn't stay on very well and I cut myself big time! Very dangerous product! It's put away now and I doubt I will use it again!

Awesome food prep tool
This is an awesome kitchen gadget. It is very sharp, easy to use and slices very easily. Absolute time saver for food preparation, using this almost daily for onion and shredded cabbage. Good quality materials and a great design, very effective tool for the kitchen and highly recommended.

Absolutely love it, slicing potatoes
I heard about this product from a friend. This is the first time I have used a slicer, and I am thrilled. Absolutely love it, slicing potatoes, onions, peppers etc it's all a breeze. Such ease with consistently thin slices, I almost feel like a chef. Who knew anything related to slicing fruit could be this easy.

The V-Blade Stainless Steel Mandoline Slicer delivers! Can never slice cucumbers so thin with a knife and so quickly, too.
Versatility plus good value is the “bargain” I look for in products I purchase. This is my first manoline slicer and works as expected. I did comment to a query about the “5 interchangeable blades.” It actually has only two different ones (julienne cut blades). The other 3 are different size slicing plates (see Package Contents description below Features and Benefits). These function well with the fixed “V” blade in the base. Perhaps more accurate wording would’ve been awkward given the different parts. The storage rack is a must for the julienne blades. The blade safety sleeve is a perfect inclusion to round out the set.

No intructions
My only complaint is there were no instructions included? I guess most people may just know, but I do not. I've never used one. I used it once in trial, and it worked great! Googling what the other blades are for and other details. I'm happy with it.
