Excellent quality
High quality product. I used this as a skin moisturiser (I added essential oils & put in a separate spray bottle). It SERIOUSLY softens my skin, & I've tried a lot of products for my dry skin. A lot of new age people use natural products for the skin & this one is really good. Add your favourite essential oils & you have the perfect moisturiser.

Great for oil pulling
I was originally using coconut oil for oil pulling but apparently sesame oil is the best. I'm not sure I enjoy the taste as much but I didn't like the coconut oil much at first either so maybe it grows on you. But i definitely think it helps.

Subtle and Delicate
This is a lovely oil for salads. I wouldn't use it for cooking, since the oil is cold pressed and it defeats the object of heating it. It's not like the stronger toasted sesame seed oils, but it's light and has a delicate aroma and taste.
