I always buy this when I run out. This is my daily probiotic that I take and it helps with my body and digestion. I never go without this and I have not switched to anything else since I found this brand. You get a lot for a better cheaper price than most main brand vitamins.

Easy to use, easy to stomach. No taste.On to the disclaimer: be ready to stay near a toilet while using it. APPARENTLY d-mannose will CLEAR. YOU. OUT. Out of waste and out of air. Soul-emptying fart is how I described this to a friend. After just a few days of using this after antibiotics, I have decided I must end my use of it for fear of losing it all. I cannot trust a fart. I know the deal, alright, but ESPECIALLY with the d-mannose. Do not… and I repeat, do NOT trust a single fart.Other than that, I think I’m okay. I hope this metabolizes out quickly and I can move on to regular programming.

These probiotics have literally changed my skin. I’m hoping it continues to stay this way but I’m so stoked on it! I’ve always been acne prone. Like very acne prone. So I went and got my hormones checked and they put me on a huge list of supplements. After taking those supplements I broke out sooo bad and I wasn’t sure which one caused it so I stoped taking everything. I’ve never tried a probiotic before and I’ve heard it can help with acne prone skin so I thought I’d give it a shot. It’s the only thing I’ve been taking and my skin is finally clear!! On top of that, my bloating is gone and my gut health has significantly improved. You can tell this product is clean and has good ingredients! Highly recommend!

It’s my first time trying this product and I must say that it makes a big difference on how I feel everyday. Less bloated and better digestion.
