Product is as expected, highly recommend it but delivery experience is pathetic
Product is fantastic, Ganapati Arts assured quality. Bed is sturdy, Easy to Assemble, Value for money.There is only one issue I faced, the delivery partner SAFE EXPRESS, their service is pathetic. I had really bad experience while receiving the product. Its like product is not delivered at your door rather they delivered at the gate of building. They were (2 persons) adamant and expressed their in ability to deliver at the apartment doorstep (3rd floor, Lift available).Throughout the day they made several calls to remind us that they cannot unload the product from their truck due their reasons( like we are less people, product is heavy, how can we unload, you arrange yourself ,etc.I reminded them its part of their job to deliver at doorstep). At last, after 30 min of conversations with them, I had to make my own arrangement because of their reluctance.Guys beware of such delivery agent.Anyway, I am glad to receive the product.

Damaged piece and Poor Quality
1.I received a damaged piece as shown in pictures uploaded by me.2.Quality of the wood used ( sheesham wood written in product discription) and MDF sheets is very poor.3. Polished finish is ok.4.please note:- I placed an order on 15-08-2024, received it on 30-08-24 at around 12:00noon, opened the product at 12:14 PM to assemble the bed. I found it damaged.Return initiated from Amazon window.I tried to contact seller but no option was found and also no contact from their end to regarding the issue till Today(01-09-2024).Will update here if I get connected with them.

Super quality decent storage classy appearance Highly recommend
king size bed with hydraulic storage..I absolutely love my new bed furniture! The design is stunning, and it's incredibly comfortable. The quality is top-notch, and it was easy to assemble. Hydraulics are super heavy quality. The smooth and silent lifting mechanism is impressive, and the build quality feels sturdy and reliable. I had a fantastic experience with the service support from the company representative Mr Bhavani Rajpoot. He was quick to respond, attentive to my concerns, and went above and beyond to resolve any issues I had with my purchase. Their friendly and knowledgeable team made the process smooth and enjoyable. I'm truly impressed by their excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

This bed is made from sheesham wood as promised by Ganpati arts, and walnut finish is also very good, overall it of good quality bed. Good work by Ganpati arts. Keep going and best wishes for future ahead.
