Samsung DA97-17376B Fridge Water Filter, Model HAF-QIN/EXP

This filter fits my Samsung fridge perfectly. Water tastes clean and fresh, and installation took less than a minute. Will definitely repurchase when it’s time to replace.

This filter was very easy to replace in my fridge. I did have some black specks in my ice for about five trays worth of ice before the ice was clear. Make sure you dump your ice tray a few times after replacing the filter. I will buy this product again. I did pick this over the off-brand filters because I wanted to make sure it was actually effective. This one is quite a bit more money than the off-brand filters, but so far it has been worth it.

The filter works great, but it was not as easy to install as the directions say

Be very careful when buying these. Exact model number matches are a must for proper function. Otherwise your taking chances with your 2k fridge. Have used the generic aftermarket stuff here. Water taste was much better with Samsung filter. FYI ...Also the aftermarket crap sticks out past the base board on the inside. But door did close.
