Bought this radio and me personally if it breaks I most certainly buy another it covers the bands I listen to. Probably could do with a bigger antenna overall fantastic value for money sound quality is pretty good looks and build quality is great

This little radio is excellent value for money.It’s not necessary but it’s easy to update the radios software should you wish too.The telescopic antenna is good quality but just adding a length of wire (no soldering needed) to it will increase the receiving range a lot.

Alot of electronics in a little box,used once then AM compleatly disappeared.Faulty.

Speaker not attached to case. PCB loose. H/phone socket didn’t work. Tuning dial works in reverse when in FM mode! Buttons fiddly and illogically placed.Poor reception even compared to cheaper radios (FM tested). I would have given it no stars if that was an option.

Great, works pretty well, may need to chand the aerial if in a built up area, go for a tactical aerial highly recommended five stars

I had hoped this would compare favourably to theXHDATA D*receiver series - it failed .The box arrived with the receiver, charging lead and telescopic aerial. NO paperwork, no details of controls, how to operate, no specification detail. LED readout bright when charged but 4x reading specs needed to read it. Difficult to operate, comparison test - Using an old Sony portable ICF-SW7600 daytime on a weak Radio Guernsey MW, OK on Sony, nothing heard on ATS-20+. I'm disappointed and would seek a refund. I will also make other BDXC members aware of my review.

Brought one of these & it was a very small box of rubbish. Could not pick up not even one transmission from it apart from the usual FM transmissions. Should have realised this because of the cheap price it was. Avoid at all cost, because you will be extremely disappointed.
