Umbrella arrived, undamaged, and in good working condition. It was simple to thread through my table and below to the umbrella stand. The color is just as picture… A beautiful, peacock blue I treated it with Scotchgard to keep it a little cleaner than my last one.

I bought this to replace one that I’ve had for a few years that got beaten up by the wind, and finally snapped at the joint. This umbrella looks similar, and I bought it in kind of a darker tan beige. A light bright ivory was not available. However, there are many, many colors available, and it seems to have a high quality sun resistant fabric.I am most delighted with the quality of the umbrella rod and raising mechanism. It hoisted up the umbrella very easily, and seems like a strong, sturdy crank case. In addition, once the umbrella is raised, it has a pin attached to a chain which my previous umbrella did not, and two different holes at the top of the umbrella stem so that you can keep the umbrella spokes from Collapsing down in case of any kind of problem. You in sett the pin where you wish. I find this feature to be very safety conscious and well thought out, much better than the previous one I had. Overall very high quality product at a fabulous price.

Update to initial negative review below next to asterisks. Seller replaced our broken umbrella with a brand new one of the same kind and color. The new one works well. I hope it lasts longer than 2 months!***Original review: We initially liked this umbrella because it was quality fabric for the price and easy to use and set up. However the cord just snapped! We’ve had it 2 months and now we can’t raise it. We tried pushing it up manually but it’s extremely difficult to do. So now it’s just sitting there flapping at us through the deck window.So I do not recommend purchasing this. The critical component needed to use the umbrella is broken. After 2 months.

This umbrella is water-repellant and gives great shade. Seems pretty sturdy, too, as it has more substantial arms than the one it is replacing.

Everyone in the park raves about tis umbrella. Bright orange. Works flawlessly. Easy up and easy down. Looks very well made.

Well made and the color is a deep shade of green. No problem with set up and the crank mechanism

This had a cord inside that broke on second opening. I contacted customer service. They offered to let me simply dispose of this one and send me a new one. New one is great but the back and forth conversation was much appreciated and very uncommon anymore. Thank you JEAREY and particularly Clara. Nice folks who fixed the problem.

Color is as pictured. Big enough that it covers my whole table for optimal shade easy to roll up and down

Great colour and strong materials used for both metal, crank and fabric. Solid well built

I don't use a deck stand so attached to the railing . Works and looks great!

Product seems great but I haven't really used it yet so I can't give an honest opinion
