The first one ordered had issues with the door staying closed.. however I returned it and ordered another one.. so far so good!Well since Tesla upgraded their accessories to stay powered on continuous thru the USB outlet., after a month of continuous usage., it stop working… haven’t had this car frig a full year and already stopped cooling…

Doesn’t stay in place and after a year the refrigerator only stays on when the car is in start. It use to say on all the time if energy was over 20 percent.

I bought this and loved it but Tesla recently updated the software and so the power outlet no longer works when the vehicle is off. That means the fridge now turns OFF whenever you aren’t driving (and only back on when you’re driving), so your stuff doesn’t stay cold anymore. Such a bummer.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this mini fridge for my Tesla, and it has been an excellent addition to my road trips. The installation was a breeze, taking only around 5 minutes to set up.The cooling performance is impressive, quickly reaching a chilly 22°F in just 10-15 minutes. It easily fits 7 soda cans or 4 water bottles and 1 soda can. The heating option is also handy for keeping my food warm.Overall, I highly recommend this mini fridge for road trips or daily use in your car!

Great idea, poor execution. The clamping mechanism does not keep the fridge in position for more than a day when driving a MYP. After a day or 2, when I gun it, it simply is overcome by forces of acceleration and comes loose. Worse than that, even when I have just re-tightened the clamp, the door mechanism is also unable to handle the force of model y performance acceleration and the door pops open. EVERYTIME. I have standard after market floor mats, nothing exotic. I can assure you I am tightening it sufficiently. Since it i too late to return, I will need to install a permanent lip on the rear console so the fridge can’t slide back (the ridge they are attempting to use is simply insufficient in size for the application) and I will also install a swinging friction latch maybe with a thumbscrew for clamping. If you have done the same please reply with your ideas. Otherwise, my advice is to wait for an updated version.

Love the fridge easy to install plug and play and keeps water cold when you are on a long or short drive especially if you have kids!
