Our dog at my husband's controller, this fixed my problem. Everything we needed was right here in this kit. Analog sticks working again, I don't speak gamer or tech or anything like that, but I was able to take the controller apart, replace everything, and get it to work with what was provided. So if it worked for me (the least tech savvy wife around) it should work for others.

Exceeded expectations. There was no discernible difference between these parts and the ones in the Sony controller. The tools were better quality than expected and really helpful. FYI, these need to be soldered in place so I harvested the little white pieces inside the joystick and swapped them out and bingo!

Ordered these for my PS5 Dualsense 5 controller that got stick-drift. Since other controllers like Dualshock 4's use joysticks with a different Ohm rating on the potentiometers but look similar I wasn't sure if these would actually work. These worked perfectly on my Dualsense 5 controller. I held them next to the OEM part and they're visually identical. The only reason these got a 4 star rating instead of 5 was that some of the pins were bent from being packaged together in a tiny box, so that's something you'll want to pay attention to before installing. (I just lightly bent the pins back into shape). The actual job is a bit of a pain, but if you have a soldering iron with a solder removal tool and can follow a youtube tutorial, you should be good to go. Takes about an hour to fix if you're taking your time the first time.

I bought these with the purpose of if I can't fix the stick in 3 of my controllers from kids dropping them I was going to buy some new ones and toss the ones I couldn't fix. These looked identical to the part in the ps5. From watching YouTube videos I was able to open up the controllers and just cleaned the area within the green part and replace the little white circle piece inside from the new part and now all my 3 controllers are working like new. The best part is, with how expensive these controllers are I saved some money and didn't have to spend around $80 for a new one. I was thinking about buying the ps5 $200 dual sense edge controller since you can swap out the anolog stick pretty easily in those. I figured even though it was $200 it would save me money in the long run because I can just buy new anolog sticks to swap with bad ones. Good thing this kit worked out!

So i bought this to change out the rings of my joystick on my ps5 controller that is not working. however it made it better than it was but it also didn’t fix it, still had issues with the joystick glitching when i moved it. So i’m not sure if these pieces are defective or my joy stick needs to be completely replaced. unfortunately i do not have the tools to remove and connect a joystick so i haven’t been able to see if it’s that or not. This does come with a nice kit, and the screw driver is the perfect size for the tiny ps5 controller screws. Once i’m able to either test this out on another controller or get the tools to replace the joysticks i will update it with more info.

Ok here's where the rubber meets the road. You better buy a really good soldering station, with a magnifying glass and alot of light. Oh and when you go to unhook the battery inside the PS5 controller, if you mess it up......like I did, it's a wrap..there's just to much soldering and desoldering going on. Definitely not easy as it looks.

Watch a YouTube video (or two) and you’ll be able to easily replace the necessary parts to fix your controllers instead of buying a new one! This kit comes with every tool and enough parts to do several controllers.
