The book came in fantastic condition and was shipped quickly. It was exactly what I needed for my course. I’m so glad I was able to find it and receive it so fast. Highly recommend this seller.

It is in great conditions and great vendor

This manual is a textbook, academic in nature, full of research and detail. If you're an MBTI facilitator and you need to have a good understanding of the theory and research supporting MBTI, this may be a good investment. If you're just a type junkie looking for a good read about MBTI, I'm not sure I'd recommend this (unless you're an NT, and you like acquiring knowledge for no particular reason).The book is organized as follows:1. Overview / Differences between MBTI and other instruments2. Construction, development, revision of MBTI instrument3. Theory behind MBTI4. Understanding the 16 types5. Administering the MBTI6. Use of type in multicultural settings.The book provides a fair amount of interesting detail that you won't find elsewhere -- but the detail is of limited use to most folks. Do you really need to know which type is most highly represented among research librarians? And female engineering students? High school basketball coaches? How types correlate with college aptitude test scores?There are lots of charts and graphs and detailed information -- it's interesting, but it will be of little practical use to most casual users of MBTI. (As an NT, however, I find it fascinating -- as knowledge in and of itself has value.)

The used book came on schedule and was in the described condition. My granddaughter is interested in psychology so enjoyed reading and analyzing the content. It will be helpful information as she takes her first psych class in the spring.

The pages fell about from the seam/ glue that held them together on the first day!

MBTI manual does not need any review. It is a complete and comprehensive introduction of MBTI theory and methodology. This book is a must read for any human resource professional. Even though he or she is not an MBTI certified.

The book came to me and pages were falling out. It was marked used but the pages literally broke away from the binding.
