Overall, this is a good deal and the polisher is supplied with a comprehensive set of buffers/mops etc. I think it is excellent value for money and if the product has a good lifespan this will be an great purchase. Only downside is that compared to other power tools it is quite heavy and the safety lock on the on/off switch takes some getting used to, hence my rating of four and not five stars.

It's early days but on two uses this seems like a very good purchase. Due to my car's paintwork I needed the more robust rotary polisher not an orbital. So far it has saved me £150 worth of paintwork due to scratch removal on my front bumper. It took a few attempts as detailing is not my profession, but it is now like new. The fact this comes with a range of pads is great, I can really get an idea of what works and what doesn't. So in summary; I have a profit of £75 due to the paint work now not needed and I have a very shiny car. Add to that my slow learning windows I also have some knowledge of detailing that I intend to grow.

Packaging of the item and handbook was damaged, which was disapppointing as this was purchased as a Christmas present. The Buffers were separate to the main box, with the packaging around them broken, again rather dissapointing.Good communication from the seller in order to ensure the parcel was redelivered as the Courier company being used were unable to locate the address being used for delivery.Item has now been used, happy with end result, though there is no trigger hold on the handle, which makes the tool a little clumsy to use.

The product represents good value for money and is powerful and has a useful range of speeds .The only disadvantage I found was that it is fairly large and relatively heavy which restricts its use in confined areas.

A lot bigger than expected I think more for sanding than car buffing

This product proved to be brilliant once you got the hang of using it . I certainly would not spend four times the price of it's nearest serious rival. Although a little heavy when first using, the results are spectacular with practice.
