There are no instructions on how to get this spinning. I found great YouTube videos to try to help me but the runner is too stiff to get into a flow of more than 2 spins. Deeply disappointing. At the very least clear instructions should come with how to use it, not just assembly instructions. Without these instructions someone could easily hurt themselves or pull a muscle. Thanks to YouTube I know how it *should* work, but it doesn't.

Very good product, the instructions were easy to follow and the product essembly was quick and easy. Product is of good quality and finishing, the weighted hula hoop was straight forward to use i got the hang of it quickly, very happy with my purchase.

Ordered this for myself thought it will be hard to use but was really easy after getting into a rhythm it’s fun using it aswell
