The BEST Flux.
The tin my father gave me 15 years ago has finally run out, replaced with same make, and same quality. Very pleased.

The ideal flux for electrical work
Usually use Bakers soldering flux but for electrical work Fluxite is the best as it is non corrosive. Only criticism I have is that a smaller tin would be better for just occasional use.

A Good Paste Soldering Flux.......
I make a lot of etched kits, in nickel silver, and find this is an excellent flux.......Mind you the workpiece must be thoroughly cleaned in warm water, and I also use CIF cleaner applied with an old tooth brush.......have had no problems with the acidic flux turning the etched kit green....

Universal application
Used it for very many years for electrical, brass, copper, zinc- plated steel, and many other applications. Consistently good, and inexpensive - lasts for years.

The business
I used to use fluxite but recently bought a new flux paste from a well known DIY store. It was expensive and rubbish. Horrible dry joints. Then I bought this tin of fluxite. Just like the good old days, beautiful fully wetted shiny joints. If soldering is important then use fluxite - it is the business.
