Not that great, not that bad. It's been about a couple of months now since I have received this product and started using it. I totally got fooled when I saw what looked like an amateur video of a woman demonstrating this product's ability to get rid of bags under the eyes within 15 minutes of application. I was totally bamboozled! This product does not work that way. Be forewarned. There will be other videos out there with different women and another product that promises the same thing.This particular product, I believe, if used as directed, will still give moisture to the skin surrounding the eyes (after washing your face at night or in the morning), however, I cannot attest to the results, because I haven't seen any since I have purchased it 3 months ago.

My favorite eye cream was discontinued so I had to go to the effort of looking for a replacement that gave me the same level of results.Amazon recommended this item based on my earlier purchases. The reviews looked good so I said "what the hell."I've been using it for two weeks now. I have to say, I'm really quite impressed. Overall I look less tired and some of my lines are fading a bit already.What's more, I'm of a Mediterranean ethnicity and slim/athletic. That means that even though I don't get any bags, eye circles or puffiness, I do get a dark, even shadow under my eyes that pretty much nothing could ever resolve, aside from makeup (this is different from dark eye circles).This cream has reduced my dark shadow by maybe 1/3rd, which is actually pretty awesome. I don't know how it does it, but I'm quite happy with the result.This product is not perfect, however. I only use it overnight because after several hours it leaves white flaky stuff on my eyelids. It's easily washed out, but it's not something I want to deal with during the day.Overall, I'm happy and will stay with this product.

I bought this product for myself but forgot to change the ship to address so the product went to my daughter. I told her to keep it and use it and I would buy myself some more (next SSA check) Only a 3 until I hear back from her how it works. Of course the SSA check is just an excuse. I really want to hear from my daughter first. -:) She says it is real creamy and made the back of her hand feel really soft. So far so good.

Well, it is great for the wrinkles! Does a fantastic job of that. As for the puffiness and dark circles.....a little better. Not sure if this is the best stuff out there. I still will do some comparison shopping. I will confess that my eye area is very sensitive.

I've been using it for 2 weeks straight now with no change in my dark circles. It never made my skin tingle either. It did make my eyes water for a few minutes after application. Hopefully I can get my money back.
