Poor business decision.
Our company purchased 4 monitors in Jan 204 in preparation for an office build-out which just was completed on May 15. We just unpacked the monitors last week to install and had one monitored damaged internally with lines on the screen viewing. I called to exchange and was told that it was past the 90-day return policy. Poor business-customer service. The company should stand behind its product. Our company will not order from Aventis again. Disappointing.
