I love this keyboard. The backlighting is great and cool that it changes colour. Keystrokes are smooth but low profile, which makes typing nicer. The phone/tablet holders are good, but I actually use mine to hold my pen since the phone that close to me and blocking my view of the screen is a bit inconvenient. The wrist support could be longer, but I have big hands, so maybe that's specific to the user. The carbon fibre type design is slick too. Connected seemlessly using the USB dongle. Have only charged it once and it's still going so battery is great too. multimedia hotkeys are a nice touch although I don't use them much .

The keyboard was perfect for the first month and a half. Then the light up keys stopped working. That was the main reason I purchased the keyboard. Buyer beware it's great until it's not Update to my review. 27SEP2024 . To my surprise, the customer service team reached out to me proactively. They acknowledged the issue, offered sincere apologies, and without hesitation, sent me a new item to try. Their communication and willingness to go the extra mile were some of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. They ensured that I felt valued and heard, turning a disappointing situation into a positive one. Although the initial product didn’t meet my expectations, the following keyboard is working well. The exceptional customer service has left a lasting impression, and I’ll definitely consider this company again in the future.

Great keyboard! I get so many compliments at work about it. I did have an issue with some of the keys coming up with multiple digits or letters. But I contacted them through email. They replied the same day!!! They offered some troubleshooting ideas but unfortunately that fix my problem but they sent me a new one to replace it! Just buy, it’s great!
