Revisiting sport lock picking after a break of many years. This is a good beginner set, single pin picking is my preferred method, so I’m interested to try the rakes. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this set of picks for their quality and price.

I recently gave this lock picking kit a go, and it's surprisingly fun! The set includes all the tools you need, made from high-quality stainless steel that feels sturdy in hand. As a beginner, I found the guide very helpful—it's easy to follow, with clear tips on how to start practising. The kit comes in a handy pleather wallet that keeps everything neat and portable, which is great for taking it on the go. The tools themselves work well, and the rakes, in particular, are effective at opening pin cylinder locks. I can already see how it’s useful for both beginners and professionals. While it’s a fun hobby to pick up, it also makes for a good brain workout, testing patience and problem-solving skills.

Lovely picks better than them cheap Chinese knock off brands that snap in locks they take a bit of time to get used to but I have opened a few euro locks with them.i need to Google what some of the picks are for but apart from that there really well made and I love them. The real test will be when I use them out on the field opening a customer,s lock 🔐

Made from stainless good and hard

I bought these as I was expecting a good product seeing as they are dangerfield picks but I must say that they're probably the most uncomfortable tools I've ever used. I had to wrap the handles with heat shrink tubing to he able to use them for longer than a few minutes. The hook doesn't fit in euro size locks so completely unusable. In summary I'm totally underwhelmed with these picks.

Over priced for what they are just buy the cheaper ones there much better.

The manufacturing quality of this lock picking kit appears to be reasonably good, with all the individual tools neatly contained within a compact wallet, although having "a cool thing to own!" on the barcode label of the outer wrapping does point to the novelty factor of the set. It took several hours of practise before I managed to open a relatively poor quality padlock, but no luck so far opening a cylinder lock fitted to a door. This kit certainly needs getting used to, and there's a lot of hit and miss thrown in for good measure, but as already mentioned, if you want a novelty item to play around with, this might pass the time of day for you.

Handy for small padlocks when you forget the key. Good for beginners, will bend easily though
