Poor Quality
The keycap for the right mouse button broke immediately. The mouse pointer worked poorly for about ten seconds before moving erratically then ceasing to function entirely. The keyboard keys appear to work properly, but I worry after these two immediate issues what will come up next!

Easy to replace
The fit on this keyboard is correct for the ThinkPad P50, the keys feel crisp and new, and the function keys are mapped right. The whole replacement process only takes about 5 minutes with just a small Phillips screwdriver and a plastic pry tool (I use a stiff bass guitar pick to pry the back panel and keyboard off). Watch the replacement videos on YouTube if you've never done it before, so you can see how to release and secure the cable ribbons properly without breaking the clasps.

Works pretty well with Thinkpad P50 and P51. Great value for the price.
