Amazing Entry Level Camera
I recently got into photography and wanted an entry-level camera, and this one has exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is as good as, if not better than, my iPhone 15 Pro, and the zoom capabilities are far superior. It offers a wide range of features and manual controls, making it a great choice for beginners looking to learn and experiment. The camera is an excellent bridge option, with impressive performance that I think deserves more recognition. I guess the camera snobs might not like it but I highly recommend it for beginners. Check out these pictures from around NYC.

Nice camera but
It's easy to use but hard to see what you are taking a picture of when sun shines on viewer. The lens cap falls off. I'm still trying to find one that fits. I wanted an extra battery. Camera shop recommended that I didn't buy 3rd party because they could burn the camera up. I ended up ordering one from Kodak that's the same as it came with.

Perfect for the price.
Super nice camera! The sunset setting is my favorite by far. I bought this for a Disney trip I’ve yet to go on, so hoping it works wonderfully for that!

Nothin’ Bit Trouble
First off let me say that I think it’s a nifty little camera, I don’t know because the first one I had to send back and by the time the second one came my husband and I both had the flu. The first camera was missing parts. I only had two days until Christmas so I ordered another camera. I allowed the receiver of the gift to open it and lo and behold. They had an extra part. So when the second camera came, I insisted the receiver, take the entire camera. Then, the camera would not work. So I allowed the receiver to keep the first camera since he had that missing part, and sent the second nonworking camera back. I indicated at that time that I wanted the money sent back to my original point of purchase. Imagine my surprise when I went to go buy dog food I look and I see that they’ve taken balance from a gift card. A gift card? I do not have a gift card. So I go and look and it turns out they misappropriated my money back to a gift card, so now I don’t have money for groceries. And Amazon said that they didn’t have a way to help me. Next Christmas I’m not going through missing parts, misappropriated, funds, and people doing the exact opposite of what they tell me they’re going to do.

It's a great "entry level" camera.
It's kind of "heavy", which is a good thing, there is no cheap lenses on it. It is a high quality sturdy camera. You must read the manual before using the camera to take advantage of it's full features and picture quality. Although the video recording is 1080, it is HD and decent. I found the pictures under auto mode, 20 Mbp stunning. Under proper light even better! The optical zoom is amazing, crystal clear until the 42x. So this camera is clearly suited for pictures, not much for videos, however, you will still get decent videos anyway, and it has speakers, the sound will be captured as well.I'm glad with my purchase.;)

Bad focus, clunky noises.
Camera struggles to focus and sounds clunky while it’s trying. Many pictures are blurry and washed out. Returning to Amazon.

I am in love with this easy to grip digital camera, it does what I was looking for.
I am so excited to be back to freelancing photos again, the photo of the steel wheel is a normal pic then it will zoom in as close (probably closer even) as the other 2 pics of the tree frog. I do use Macro when zooming into something I want so close. You do have to turn the Macro on every time the camera is turned of. I don't mind this, as I don't need it when wanting to grab a quick shot turning the camera on.I really love the quick video button, I use it quite a bit just to get familiar with this camera but it's so much fun taking pics again. I've been shooting photos since I was only 8 YO and finally could afford a decent digital camera. plus I love Kodak This camera came with everything it said it would and does MORE than I thought it would. I'm happy with my purchase.

I really wanted to like this camera....
Here is the first actual review of the camera with pictures taken with the camera, unlike every other FREE PRODUCT REVIEW, and they just take a picture of the camera..I want to get into taking more picture without using my phone camera and i thought this would be a great way to start since its $200 and seemed to be a perfect camera.. Well, there are some major down sides to it..Pros+Amazing Zoom and pretty easy to get a nice picture without using a mount, I took the moon pictures without any mounts holding the camera in my hand.+Great detail in good lighting on farther away images that aren't movingCons- The low lighting pictures are HORRIBLE, the first pictures i took inside my house with some lights being on like lamps and tv came out HORRIBLE on any mode...-anything that's up close that's not a macro is impossible to get a stable/clear imagine.. I was taking interior pictures of my car and i could not geat a clear photo of the dash to save my life.-it feels really cheap i don't see this camera lasting long or taking much damage, the lens cover sucks and falls right off, plastic mount area,-most of the modes are useless and sometimes auto will not work unless you go into modes and try all of them to get a picture..-old school plug it into a pc or take out the SD card to get files off no Bluetooth or wifi...My Verdict It's just not worth the $200 when my $300 phone can do everything this camera can... it's not a bad camera but it's just not that great unless you plan on taking full light non-moving objects.
