アメリカからの直送なので不安がありましたが、2重梱包になっていて箱がへこんでいるようなことはありませんでした。 苦いコーヒーが苦手な私にとってはマイルドで飲みやすいコーヒーです。少しある酸味については残念ながら自分の好みの酸味ではありませんでした。（酸味好きなのでそれでも美味しいというのはあります。） 暫く飲んでみましたが、毎日飲んでも飽きがこない美味しいブレンドコーヒーだと思います。
