Medline Cool Mesh Arm Sling, White, Large

If you need a solution to shower while requiring a sling, this product does the trick. It’s lightweight and comfortable for showering and dries quickly between uses. It was a lifesaver and helpful to me after shoulder surgery and was very affordable.

I bought this to switch into for showering after shoulder surgery. It was very helpful to keep my injured shoulder in position, while allowing me to bathe comfortably. Simple & comfortable for showering. I would suggest as an all day everyday use sling, but for bathing it's great.

I got this after shoulder replacement surgery, looking for something cooler than what the Dr gave me. And it is about the coolest sling I've worn. it's an ok sling, met my needs, but the front and back side of the sling portion are not attached to each other until you attach the strap, This made it a bit awkward to put on one-handed, and it seemed a little less supportive than other designs. It also doesn't have any padding where the strap goes around the neck, so that area can get sore pretty easily. But if you want a cooler sling, this is the best I've found.

Worked well for showering after shoulder repair surgery. Adjusted easily (husband had to do it for me-I just couldn't do a thing by myself there for a while!), and it dried quickly between showers. This would NOT work as a long-term heavy-use sling for injury/surgery, it's not strong enough and it's not well-constructed enough. Don't try it.

Performs exactly as it is supposed to, packed well, no issues at all.

This cool mesh arm sling was just what I was looking for after my reverse shoulder replacement! I needed to be in a sling for 6 weeks and this one was perfect for in the shower for the first few weeks after my surgery! I didn’t feel comfortable without a sling in the shower and this one was perfect in the shower! It is well made, adjustable, dries quickly and a great price. This was perfect for my needs!

This was used for an additional sling for use in a shower. It is well constructed and sturdy. The metal rings would need to be towel tried after as one started to show a bit of rust. However, if used as a sling for warm weather or for getting air / circulation for the injured arm or shoulder, this sling would be great. I don't think for normal use but as a back up as it does not have sufficient neck padding. Overall, if served our purpose for use in the shower and dried quickly.

This wouldn't be a bad sling except the adjustment buckle on the shoulder strap is chrome plated and slips. Any adjustment only last a very short time before the buckle has slipped all the way to the longest strap position. Perhaps if it had teeth to grip the strap that would work, but as is it renders the sling useless.

I recently had shoulder surgery and purchased this to wear when taking showers. Not only did this sling work - it dried really quickly as well. Keep in mind you will need somebody's help to put this sling on and take it off.

I like that this is lightweight and the price is right. The supporting strap against the neck is a bit rough after wearing a bit but I slipped a soft covering over it and it was fine afterward. There are no instructions so you have to figure out how to fasten it -- I simply put the velcro strap through the silver rings and adjusted for support. Works fine, regardless of whether or not I actually got it right.

I recently broke my arm and was looking for a sling, this one was at a great price... but, I was disappointed with this one as it was too short to be effective... ended having to buy a more expensive one... so much for my budget!
