This is an update to a review that I posted 2 weeks ago where I'd given these cartridges less than 5 stars because my printer stopped working. This vendor reached out to me to explain that due to recent firmware upgrades by HP printers, there have been issues with the ink cartridges that I'd purchased. I was extremely impressed that this small company reached out to me on their own, explained the problem & offered me compensation for my issues.That kind of customer service is worth 5+ stars to me. Their cartridges had worked flawlessly prior to me allowing my old HP to update itself. At first I didn't make the connection that tht update to my printer happened just before the problem occurred. Since I thought my older printer was broken, I did 2 things. I went to Costco to purchase a new HP printer & as a test plan I ordered new HP cartridges for my OLD printer from Amazon. The new Costco printer cost approx $160 & the multi pack of HP cartridges from Amazon costs almost the same thing! The new HP cartridges worked & I returned the new printer to Costco. HP has a true monopoly by issuing software updates to ensure that no other companies can sell cartridges for their printers. It's unbelievable that a set of HP print cartridges cost the same amount as a purchasing new printer. Also I read the fine print for the new Costco HP printer & found that it required that I subscribe to their HP ink replacement program. HP is continuously gouging it's customers for money! I'm so thankful for the customer service from this company who makes these generic cartridges & wish them much success in the computer ink market.

This product will not work with my HP Printer. The printer is detecting that this is not an original product and states that the chip does not match...absolutely will not work. The last box of cartridges worked, however, the system has updated and detects that this new product is false. Tried many different things and still will not work. The warranty states that the product has a 12 month guarantee, however, there is no contact information for a return/money back. Amazon only provides a one month window for returns on this product. Would give zero stars but not an option.

It seems to be as good as the HP brand. So far i have no complaints.

Overall, I will be purchasing these again (not soon though, these are forever lasting)!

Just terrible!!! Purchased these inks for my HP printer but it seems that the installed chip has some sort of defect that is non compatible and is blocked by the printer. The printer will not print with these cartridges. Do not buy these because they just may not work. A total rip off!!! I wasted my money on these, don't be the next one taken for a ride.

I ordered 2 of these and have no idea how,except they looked like HP. Not compatible with my copier and I've had them for 6 months, went to replace in my copy machinge and they don't work. Imagine my surprise when I looked at the package and it looked just like the HP package. What a rip and now I'm stuck with 2 packages I can't use. Wasted money that belongs to our association. UPDATE I was offered a refund for the ink. Much appreciated. Thank you.

These cartridges did not fit in my printer but the customer service refunded and apologized for inconvenience. Appreciate that!
