Zero4U 4-PORT USB HUB FOR RASPBERRY PI ZERO (Latest Camera V1.3 ONLY)

I purchased this to go with my in car video player project I built based on a raspberry Pi zero. My goal was to connect as many usb memory sticks as possible to hold a fairly large library of HD video files. This board is perfect for the job, fitting was a doddle, and it worked flawlessly straight out of the box. I was so pleased with it, I ordered another one right away for a second project that I am working on. I can totally recommend this board to anyone who has a similar use in mind for it, or if you just need lots of usb inputs.

Somewhere between a 3 star and 5 star rating. The device itself is a very neat PCB, and the way it connects to the Pi is simple and quite impressive. I like it a lot, and normally would have given it a 5* rating. In short it does everything the manufacturers claim for it. However the way that I needed to use it was on a vertically connected Pi Zero; and of course that means three of the USB sockets are pointing downward, leaving no room to insert any USB devices, except the side pointing port. All I can use it for, in this application is a miniature USB to full size adaptor. An expensive way of purchasing such a device. For me on the application I purchased it for It is only worth 1 star. I have just received a cable from Amazon which looks like I can separate the hub from the Pi and connect it via this umbilical cord, which may rescue its usefulness.

Simple add-on for the Pi zero. I’ve purchased multiple and they work well.

Easy to install, did come with all parts. Mainly got this since i needed a hub for my pi zero and easier to connect power supply. Only problem is if more than one usb device connected it doesn't work. When only one device connected it constant looses connection. This is just trash, sucks i went past my return period.

it just works. the pogo plugs are great ... no dangly cables or extra soldering. it gets its power right off the raspberry pi. it came with all the screws, spacers, and ferrite cores needed. however, if you really need four usb ports, there are other models of the Raspberry Pi that have them built in.

Product description is incorrect, I only received Board... Did not come with Pogo Pins, 4mm plastic spacer, M2.5 plastic screw, M2.5 plastic nut, and Wi-Fi blocker.... This means I can not use it as intended... Returned, Get it somewhere else.Update: I returned the original received and ordered a new one as a replacement. Still missing parts. Tried to give them a second chance... this one will be returned as well.

Works well. The standoffs in mine are just a little short and you can see some bend in the board. Hub works well.
