I had a few problems with the first one and the company replaced it with a new one and gave me £10 off the price. The only thing is it comes from the USA so takes a couple of weeks to arrive, but it's definitely worth the wait. I love it and would highly recommend it and their service though.

The cellphone is excellent. I absolutly recommend this cellphone. You can take beautiful pictures. The packaging is excellent too.BUT I bought in Argentina and I had to took it in London when I was on vacations. And I have problems with the post because I had to pay £14,99. I have to lost time in order to go to the royal post. When I bought nobody said me that I have to pay extra fees. On the other hand, I was lucky because the post paper said if I didn't go 21 work days after, the product would be returned. The paper had been in the hostel for 28work days when I noticed this situation.

I live in the USA -The phone does come with a USB charging cord as wall adapters but they don't fit the USA outlets (this is an international phone). No problem, most stores sell them for $5. Phone comes with basic headphones as well.Phone does have 4g and lite. I use prepaid T-Mobile(family mobile) and I connect, stream, call, text just about everywhere.My main concern for an international phone was the GPS, I've had others before and the GPS was horrible. Works perfectly.Over all the phone is amazing, it's one of the best phone I have had and plan to get my bf one.Thank you!If you want to see what the phone is like before purchasing, youtube the phone. Most of the reviews on there are positive and helpful.

I have more than two years with this cell phone and the truth is that I love it, the battery lasts a lot, the quality of the images is good, and at the beginning the cell phone did not heat up at all, after two years it warms up a bit, but nothing abnormal I rarely get flushed, the only thing is that the sound is not very strong is my only complaint

This phone is great. It is the international version of the S7. I love that it is different from the S7 in that it doesn't come bogged down with unnecessary apps. There are a few apps that would have been appreciated as I used them often but it's not the end of the world. The benefit is the storage freed up on this phone as opposed to the S7.I was able to easily have it connected to my att&t account and so far so good. It operates beautifully, connects to WiFi flawlessly and I haven't suffered any freezes or other malfunctions. I will update after I have used it for a longer period of time.

I love the phone with all the new features but my charger doesn't work. I charged the phone for 5 hours yesterday with a different charger and only got 78%. What can I do about this?

I have been using this phone for 2 years now, and really there is nothing I can complain about. Solid phone, replaceable battery (just in case), good battery life, very good cameras. The newer J7, J7 Pro are obviously better. Another phone that beats the J7-class at J7 price is Moto G6. I'd recommend that one over the J7-class phones, but it is really up to you.
