I work from home 3 days a week and use a company laptop so am unable to control when the machine goes to sleep. I turn this device on and place my mouse on top when I will be away from my laptop (making a drink, going the loo etc) as my laptop can go into sleep mode very quickly and in return turn my status on Microsoft Teams to "away" when I don't want it to. Placing my mouse on top of this little device keeps my mouse cursor active by moving it left and right across the screen. Great item.The mouse mover is literally "plug and play", no installation of anything needed.There is a slight whirring noise due to the rotation of the centre of the device, but nothing major.

Purchased this item to stop a device going to sleep and it does it job perfectly.The item came securely well packaged.This item is simple a plug and play setup, plug the usd cable into a usb power source and into the device and that is it! SO simple! when you want to activate the device you simply press the butttom on the side and the circle on top with a pattern starts to roatate clockwise and then anti-clockwise, I found that this works perfectly with no issues on the two mouse I have, one being optical and the other laser. It does not make a big noise but it is noticeable but you won't be there so it should not be a problem lol.Perfect little device and does what it says perfectly and value for money.

I've used this very infrequently over the last month (couple of min here and there) and it's already given up and stopped working.. obviously poorly built and unreliable. I wouldn't waste your money it not worth the value. It's quiet noisey.

Now can leave PC when working from home and mouse continues to move.

The set pattern on this means if left for alittle while you loose the mouse curser! Otherwise does the trick and was a reasonable price!
