Product is nice and specially when it comes to cooling of room at this heat is absolutely good.Overall happy as it cools my drawing and lobby in just 15 mins⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Initially I was sceptical about the purchase, however looking at price, gave it a shot. After use for month, I can say it was a wise decision to go with Whirlpool.Pros1. Price - for a 2 ton AC it's a sweet deal.2. Performance - Performance is good.3. Notice level - very quite, can't expect better.Cons1. For installation had to follow up. Whirlpool will do the installation after 24 hours of delivery. You need to call the call center, they will arrange the technician. But when technicians arrived, they were professional and we'll behaved and knew what to do.Overall happy with the purchase.

Cools so quick n a very gud ac in segment. but 6th sense tech is not worthy do not use it.

Purchased this AC on 10.03.2021 and till today i.e. 29.03.2022, that is well over one year after purchase, it remains unused. It remains unused because a defective piece was delivered to me. Whirlpool's technicians have come couple of times and were unable to make the AC work! The whirlpool techies on their last visit spent 8 hours at a stretch in my house to try to fix it. That day they informed me that the AC is a defective one and they assured me that a replacement will me made. The techies assurances did not yield any desire results. On repeated enquiries I was assured that the replacement is under process. Tried several times to speak to one Mr. Mohit Sharma who is a whirlpool Manager in South Delhi. He is a a very unresponsive and a very very busy man, who is in a meeting 24/7. Since he never takes my call I sent him Watsapp messages informing about my issues, he assured me that the defective unit will be replaced. One reason after another is given for their inability to replace the AC.I am still waiting to use this AC which I purchased more than a year ago.Its been a year of harrowing, frustrating and disappointing experiences with Whirlpool and their not so helpful staff. This is nothing less than mental torture. I will wait for some more days and if they don't resolve my case I shall approach the consumer court for compensation.PLEASE DONT BUY THIS USELESS PRODUCT 🙏

The media could not be loaded.  I like the product and sufficient for 13*18 hall only services of whirlpool is very high they take me 10000rs of installation I not purchase any copper pipe and other but they take 10000 only installation is bad they not fix my water pipe very bad installation they not fixing yet my water pupe lekin pura room thanda ho jata hai bas ye installation problem hai ab tak etne paise kharch karne ke baad bhi

Excellent Air Conditioner from Whirlpool. I am using this for last 2 months. Cools my drawing room of 15 x 27 within minutes. I didn't had any issue regarding installation as I got installation done with my technician at my convenience. It's real value for money, energy efficient and noise level is minimal. I am totally satisfied with this Whirlpool 2 ton Air Conditioner and recommend others to go for it.

I bought it for my dining hall 13ft * 22 ft dimension at 6th floor (not top floor).Delivery was made on next day from placing order and installation was done within 24 hours of delivery. Overall very smooth experience. Installation engineer was very skillful and polite.AC is working pretty well, it's cooling the room in 10 mins when set at 24 degree - pretty fast cooling.Amazon offered the ac at least 5k cheaper than local market price.Overall I am very happy with this purchase I definitely recommend this product.

In this price very good productMy room is bigger than 200 sq ft at first floor but my Whirlpool ac is performing best budget friendly productAnd i know whirlpool since my childhood
