Klober Universal Tile Vent and Cap | Soil Mechanical Adaptor and Flexi-Pipe The Klober Universal Tile vent and Cap is one of the most compatible tile vents on the market, fitting most interlocking concrete roof tiles. It is suitable for ventilation roof voids where tiles have been used on the roof and is the perfect solution for heat recovery with a 150 mm adaptor. This particular universal tile vent can be used on any roof that has a 17.5 or higher roof pitch, it has a low profile design and has been wind tunnel tested to meet British Building Standards. Klober Universal tile vents are simple and easy to install and provide a 15,000 m² effective vent area, and are suitable for low and high ventilation of roof voids. These vents are compatible with adaptors and flexi pipe for added soil ventilation and mechanical extraction. The Klober universal tile vent dimension are; 445 mm in Length, 440 mm in Width and 91 mm in Depth. Soil mechanical adaptor compatible to fit a 100 mm flexi pipe.
