I own 3 of them now, so you guess.
Update:IMPORTANT:If you ever feel that your new pen is writing rough, or it feels rough with whatever ink you try, don't worry it is not your problem, it is some kind of manufacturing defect.I have bought 3 pens from Parker Vector Series, out of them 2 had problem, one this and another from mettalix series. I simply emailed Luxor and explained them my situation and they simply sent me new nib FREE OF COST, both the time. And they write buttery smooth, OMG <3Thanks to Parker/Luxor for their amazing customer service.Overall good. I like these pens (I have 3 now) because they are one, fountain pens; second, they are lightweight and slim, and third, they never leaked or did anything stupid, haha. Writing quality is directly related to the quality of ink. I use Parker Quink, so it writes smoothly. I once received a Parker Pen with an issue with the nib, it was rough no matter what. I wrote to Luxor India, and they sent me a new nib with a full cartridge and all free of cost. But they were extremely late in responding. The pen looks beautiful ( less beautiful than the complete stainless steel edition), but it is good. Gives you eco-friendly vibes... I would suggest that everyone should go for complete steel editions of these pens.

Parker parker why are u slipping in my hands
It is good pen from parker the grip is crazy slippery u need to use grip if u want use it for long writing session good thing is it comes with a converter. It glides on the paper. I have kakuno and platinum preppy those are japanese pens but parker does a better job in the nib it can be smooth all time but the issue with steel grip . If u use this pen for long writing sessions then I suggest u check platinum or kakuno they are good of the long writing session they have good ink control . Kakuno f is like pencil that writes sharp and platinum preppy is smooth some what

Poor
Very nice pen but after a year, I have seen a crack at the centre of the pen. Possibly due to refilling activity in the pen that need to be done to use the pen. Overall thee ink, nib, writing quality is good. The build quality is poor and not durable for longer use after paying this price. The pen do not sustain till its own ink bottle gets empty.

Consider a grip
Writing this review after using the pen extensively for almost a month everyday. It looks very good and happy to have received an ink bottle along with the pen. I bought this mainly because it is refillable cartridge and hence can be used long term. I absolutely absolutely love how smooth it is when writing and flows beautifully. Filling the cartridge with ink is also very easy and swift. My one difficulty is the silver portion where we usually hold to write is very smooth and I find that my fingers are constantly slipping thus slowing me down. I am having to constantly readjust and continue.
