Outstanding grinder!
Works perfectly, and is much quieter than my old blade grinder. I use espresso beans with the grind set for 10 and a 10 cup pot size and it makes a perfect, strong pot of coffee. It's easy to clean as well, and comes with a small brush for doing so.

Versatile and easy to use.
This grinder is perfect. The ability to calibrate the grind exactly is great for espresso, coffee, and French press is perfect. Highly recommend this purchase!

Operation, Support and Value - Winners
I bought this grinder a month ago... I wanted to give it a fair bit of use before reviewing. That said, I think this is a great grinder. I grind espresso, drip, pour over (V60) and I even put grinds into a Keurig refillable pod... This grinder functions perfectly for each type of brewing process. The grinder is super easy to clean due to the great design! It's quiet and the hopper is a great size. Speaking of the hopper, I reached out to the manufacturer to see if I could buy an additional hopper (we drink regular and Decaf coffee). Since the design makes removing hopper possible without flipping the grinder upside down, I thought it would be nice to have two hoppers that I could simply switch out. Customer service responded very quickly and offered to send me an extra hopper free of charge and even shipped it to me without additional cost.I would highly recommend this grinder to you!

Sharp, quick and consistent grind.
Excellent value for money. Extremely quick to grind, and the grind is consistent. Does a better job of the grinding than another more expensive burr mill we have. Easy cleaning and comes with a brush. Doesn't have a heavy duty look or feel, and dependability is up in the air, but as for now, it's functioned flawlessly, and has earned every one of its 5 stars, especially for the price level.

Good grinder but doesn't dispense accurately
Just got it and trying it out. Grind is consistent and seems accurate to adjusted setting. Sturdy and not too loud. Only complaint is the cup anount does not dispense accurately. I have adjust it to one or two cups vmore than needed

The quiet grind.
What I love most about this coffee grinder is the quiet grind, quality of the grind on the coffee and the mess free container that is easy to grab and dump out the grinds into my French press. My last grinder (different brand) was incredibly loud and woke up the whole house in the morning and made such a mess on pouring out the grinds due to the shape of the container. This little cylindrical grind container was an unexpected perk. Highly recommend

UPDATE! Tossing it after 6 mos!!
UPDATE after 6-months:Well DANG if this thing didn't fool me for a good while! I was SO thrilled about it. Then after about 4-months it started with the 'static' issue. Not a biggie at first - and I loved that I could remove most of the burr to clean it & it seemed to really help the static when it was nice & clean.....TEMPORARILY.Then another couple of months and this thing is SPRAYING grinds everywhere when I remove the catch bin. Additionally, the catch bin is not longer 'catching' all of the grounds! Each grind I'm removing about a tablespoon of grinds from under & behind the catch bin. I even resorted to grinding the night before & letting it sit til morning (NOT OPTIMAL as the grinds aren't really fresh) and it helps SOME, but still lots of static - more than any grinder I've ever used!!! CRAZY!!PREVIOUS REVIEW:I was trepidatious about ditching my old cuisinart grinder because it do espresso grind so well. But alas after about 4 years it began to fail. One of the things I decided to look for when finding a new grinder was the location of the catch-bin, as a downside of the cuisinart was the catch bin 'entry point' was on the backside - where as the hopper/grinder is above it and it created a constant need for cleaning (grinds would get caught constantly) so I wanted to find a grinder where the entry to the catch bin was 'directly into it' from above/from the grinder. "Engineering-ly" this just seems more efficient - and it is!!This grinder has not only been much quieter (all grinders are going to make some noise, but this is a drastic improvement on noise level); additionally, the grind quality is fantastic! Weather grinding course or this grinder does an amazing job.The theory of the location of the catch bin in relation to the grinder has been a life changer, not only is the grind better, but nothing ever seems to get caught AND it's so much faster. I'm sure eventually it will need cleaning, but this grinder has a lift away segment of the hopper so you can get into the burr area and clean everything… revolutionary! ONLY WISH..... would be a stainless catch container.Static ...... for the first 4-6 months (can't recall exactly) there was NO static during grinding. Eventually with buildup on the burrs it started to be the normal static issue. I do love you can remove the top-burr & hopper to clean it - using an air-can & brush to clean the lower hopper. It helps, but static does return. Helps to wet a spoon & stir beans before grinding. Would be better yet if it had a stainless catch-bin.Absolutely amazing purchase and so very happy with this grinder! Even if by some chance, it doesn't last as long as my cuisinart did… I think I would rather buy another one of these every year - due to the efficiency of the grind, the quietness, and the (initial) lack of static! One of my best purchases on Amazon!

Great machine for the $$
I previously purchased what was a highly rated grinder at $150. I ground two times through it and the little plastic paddles that move the coffee into the chute got plugged and broke. Maybe my experience was an anomaly tho honestly for that kind of money - this should not have to be a concern. Then I purchased the Ollygrin grinder. It has worked flawlessly, seems to avoid the static problem which results in coffee mess all over the counter (perhaps this canister is coated in some way to prevent this), is quieter than the more expensive grinder, has many settings for grind, it grinds consistently and it just works! Only note is that the coffee canister and the bean funnel are pretty thin plastic - if these were dropped or treated roughly they would likely crack or break. It is a great machine for the money!
