Inaccurate description of item
Firstly the item is described as grey/white but it is wood/white. In two different descriptive sentences it says 4 or 3 metal racks and just under the price near top it says, ASSEMBLY REQUIRED, NO. Well yes it does and it was this final thing that I found most annoying. Admittedly at the very end of a long description it said assembly required but I didn't read to very end as I was not bothered about the colour or whether it has 3 or 4 racks so was happy to go ahead.As I am 70, live alone and had no one to help I found the assembly particularly trying. Yes, instructions were clear but it took me a long time and the screws are not really tight enough as I lacked strength to use the Allen key. The handle is not on the draw as the thread on the screws for that part were not long enough to go through the wood and into the handle, so now it looks odd with two holes where handle should be but ok I will try to find suitable screws as there are none with the same thread among the hundreds I have!All in all if I could get the screws in tight and the handle on I would be happy but whoever writes the product description should get their facts correct as I would not have bought it knowing it was self assembly.

Overpriced, poor quality
The materials look and feel cheap. The wheels in particular are useless (I ended up removing them) and the screws don’t really screw in very well and are of equally poor quality. Assembled it looks reasonably nice but on touching it feels like a strong gust of wind could dismantle it completely! Certainly wasn’t worth the amount paid, realistically I would say £20-25 would have been appropriate.i really should return but my experiences with Amazon customer service on recent occasions have been pretty poor so I think I’ll suck up and put down to bad experience

its ok! that's as good as it gets. i wanted something to put my nijia on fits perfect.
