Q: Could someone please tell me how this works? I recently purchased this and can't get it to work at all.

This item is quite confusing as does not come with standard aerial fitting on one end. You need to buy a converter from Mapiln or similar which conveys the satellite output to aerial (take in to the shop and they will show you. Hope this helped

ifvyou have the more recent fitting then the flexible cable that comes out the triad with standard aerial socket should fit your TV no matter which way the socket faces. If you have an older version that has no flexible cable at one end then the box with the light will not fit between your TV and wall. Make a small extension with aerial cable and plugs or buy the more recent Triax with this fixing already fitted. Beware as I found after I purchased this that the other end of the box has a satalite connector on it and you will need a converter to fit the RF cable (incoming aerial for DYV). Hope this helps ??!!
