Q: My daughter ordered a smart halo as a Christmas present for me almost 2 years ago and I still haven’t received it. Will you ever fulfill this order?

Hopefully you got a refund. These devices are all expensive paperweights now. The company took money from thousands on Kickstarter for SmartHalo2 with a promised delivery date of Dec. 2019 (PRE-COVID!). Some, but not all backers received a unit around September of 2021. Two months later, In November of 2021, they sent out a ‘sorry, not sorry’ email to backers announcing that they are completely defunct. No more units will be delivered and the ones that already have will no longer function because they didn’t bother to offload server support. Their excuse is COVID, which doesn’t line up at all with the timeline of events.
