I have purchased this item just 1yesrs and 8 months before and within this short period it stoped to work.Suddenly a bad smell is coming from the freez and I complained to customer support and they sent a representative on chargeable basis. Representative verbally informed that to repair the freez Rs. 9000 to be charged. I refused to repair it. Near about Rs 18000 I spent for purchase this freez and it's life is only 1 year 8 months only like this products are manufacturing by Lg. Request to LG please mention that your products life is 1 year and 8 months only in the product, so customer can think before purchasing your product.
