This product is my right hand man with my online reselling business! I cannot sing its praises enough! I’ve hooked this up to my phone wirelessly, so I print labels as soon as the order comes through! I’m never spending money on ink, and I either buy the refill labels for cheap or sometimes the post office runs specials online. I just peel and stick! I even use this to print anchor charts for each of the kids in my class as I’m also a full time teacher. This label printer is SOOOO easy to use, even my husband who has ZERO clue how to work technology prints off his own labels when he ships out his sports cards! It’s nice and small so it can fit in my small space, but it packs a punch! Simple and effective!

I use this printer for shipping labels. Prints 4x6 labels perfectly. Needs a little size customization within the printer settings for it to print perfect but it wasn't hard at all. Once I got the actual print area down, it prints USPS and UPS labels great. I haven't tried it with other services as those are the two main ones I use but I'm sure it will work just as good with them. I love the fact that its a thermal printer so I never have to worry about running out of ink. I'm an eBay seller of moderate volume and this fits my needs perfectly. It is priced competitively and is a quality solution. Very happy with it!

The best thing about this item is not the printer itself but the excellent customer service. I LOVED how easy this printer made printing labels for my small business until I jammed it. Nelko tried to help me troubleshoot but ultimately sent me another one at no cost with a prepaid label for me to return the broken printer. I’ve seen a few reviews complaining about the printer breaking. I had mine for over 6 months before any issues and when I did Nelko was excellent at replacing the item. Highly recommend and really appreciate them replacing the item so fast. If you buy this and have an issue just reach out — they’ll help you very fast with any issues. And I really do love how convenient the printer itself is.

I'm not getting compensated for this review.This is the best printer under $100 that I was able to find with automated cropping feature and I don't have to waste time trying to crop it which takes time and some apps don't make it easy especially for elderly folks. So easy to use and great quality prints and I use it primarily for shipping labels but used it to make labels for household items and works like a charm. The best thing about it is it doesn't mean any ink and will last forever if doesn't break. Makes my life so much easier for shipping and for the price I couldn't ask for a better more helpful product. Easy to use and easy to set up and takes up very little space and good use it with Bluetooth or hardwire and with a cell phone and laptop and PC but I use it with my cell phone and it takes seconds. Highly highly recommend!

The setup was time consuming I watched some YouTube videos of how to set it up most of the videos told me to download an app the cost about $30 idk if its a one time fee or monthly subscription but I did it without that app it was difficult setting it up but it was able to print over 500 labels perfectly without any problems I’ve only used it once but so far so good there is something you have to download from the nelko app for it to work

Need to make sure you have ebay or reverb or etc setting set for label size printers - but once you do it's awesome! Obviously there's still times you may need a full-size printer: but this handles most things fine.

Had some issues in the beginning with getting it to connect to my phone but after playing around with it I finally got it and it’s worked great since!! The size is nice to fit on my small desk while packing orders, the labels come out in the perfect size everytime and it prints them out pretty quick as well! The colors never bleed and everything flows smoothly!
