Borax Lemon scented is a great product to add cleaning power to other products, or by itself. I use it to boost my laundry soap, and in my dishwasher whenever it smells funky. I am allergic to many scented products but the scent in the Borax is mild.

My wife is really bothered by towels and bed linens that become musty smelling from being washed and stored in a drawer. We tried a lot of different detergents and washing methods to remove the musty smell but nothing worked until I read about using borax when washing these items. I purchased this product as it came in a smaller package than others and didn't want to buy a larger quantity until I knew that it worked. Well, it does work very well. My wife, who has a lot of allergies is now very happy that our towels and linens no longer have a musty smell. Although this product costs more than the very large packaged borax, I will continue to buy this one as it is easier to store in our laundry room.

I'm scrupulously following the directions but am not getting the alleged great additional cleaning effect. Because of that, it makes the product seem expensive.
